@elisavarelat LOL Are you serious?!?? I guess it's not surprising since you are a med student and hence learn very little about sports nutrition, but c'mon!! I recommend you read some of John Berardi's (PhD) work along with the work of countless other experts in the field and rethink your position. At the very least, go visit a top athletic gym or bodyybuilding gym and ask them what eat before they workout (actually, you'll notice they eat protein can carbs while they exercise).

@mikesta2 great explanation thank you, I've seen an advise 4 home exercisers regarding the lower ones, just get flat on your exercise mat, grab your hips and lift and lower your legs together and straight, this as close as you can to a 90 degree angle and stopping 2 inches from the mat, keeping a low and constant rihtm...

@ncaceres86 i think this excercise is for the upper abs because i dont see much results on my lower section. Or i may be giving you bad advice and im doing this wrong, better luck talking to a proffessional, sorry i cant help much

@mikesta2 do it for 8 minutes or more per day and you could get it in two. oh yeh also cardio
