I can do the squats on the door *fairly* fine but for the one-leg extensions I have to move my feet a little forward because either I fall :p or my knees hurt. Is this ok anyways?

I broke a bone from my foot and I should still exercise and keep my tihgts in fit, so muscles doesn´t go weak. I´m going to try some of those that I can do even with plaster! Thanks for these tips!

@koolqueen16: I got 5 days! lol So I'm running everyday. So try that, running really does help!
