9223IAN: Exercise in general will help reduce body fat. You cant do situps and your body will be like hey thanks I will trim your belly fat for that! It doesn't work like that. You do a good bike ride or a good jog and you're burning fat. That's what you want. And your doing 8 min abs so you have a strong core. Good work.

im doing 60min a day of bike AT 35km/hr (constant) with 5-10min in the end at 40-50km/hr along with this abs exercise and a diet.will this help me reduce my body fat (especially my belly fat) please?and how fast if you know that?

Ive been doing these excercises for about 2 weeks now. Mostly everyone watching this video wishes for a "visual" 6 pack. Everyone has abs already, it's just covered my a thick layer of body fat. In order to SEE abs, you must mix in some 30-60 mins of Cardio into your daily fitness scedule. Now Im not saying Ab Excercises aren't helpful in anyway, but first thing you must do is REDUCE body fat. Running and Jogging is always the best cardio excercise out there. Good luck.
